The products used
To clean your roofs and facades, we use only biodegradable products certified by the FOEN, which are harmless to the environment.
Method
To remove moss from your roof or clean your façade, these certified biodegradable products are specifically selected for this purpose and sprayed on with a drone. These products have a certain exposure time and therefore the results are usually visible after approx. 6 - 18 months, depending on the degree of soiling.
If you want visible results more quickly, you have to use chemicals. However, this involves a great deal of effort, as other specific precautions have to be taken and the residues disposed of accordingly. This in turn is associated with expense, including financial expense.
Roof moss removal
In most cases, lichens, algae and moss on the roof are completely normal and harmless - as long as they remain isolated, small areas.
If moss, algae and lichen spread over large areas, this can damage the roof. Water can penetrate the interior of the roof more easily and damage the wooden structure. If this is noticed too late, costly roof renovation may be necessary.
Removing moss, algae and lichen also simply ensures a beautifully clean roof.
